The community rules guide how you post and interact with other users on reviewer.ng and have the best experience.

  1. Please post all reviews in the right categories.
  2. Do not bully, threaten, insult, incite violence or use vulgar language towards any person or group of persons using this platform.
  3. Sharing of graphic, offensive or pornagraphic images is strictly prohibited on this platform.
  4. Do not post adverts or affiliate links.
  5. Do not post false, defamatory or malicious information on reviewer.ng
  6. Do not use Reviewer.ng for any criminal activity e.g blackmail, scams, plagiarism, incitement, promoting hatred.
  7. Do not violate the privacy of any user by posting their photographs, information, phone numbers, or personal details without permission.
  8. Complaints should be sent to the feedback email provided for that purpose.
  9. Please spell words correctly when sharing your reviews, and try to use perfect grammar and punctuation.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS

Reviewer.ng reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if we determine that;

  1. You have consistently breached any of the community rules
  2. Your use of our services constitutes legal exposure for us
  3. You have used our service for illegal activity

RIGHTS TO CONTENT

While users have all rights to their content posted on the site, Reviewer.ng reserves the right to repost, share, republish all content posted on reviewer.ng and use it to improve our services (this includes advertisements)

LIABILITIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Reviewer.ng and BAUNER TECH LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM

  1. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
  2. ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES;
  3. ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR
  4. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE ENTITIES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
